Croí na Gaillimhe is actively involved in the provision of a range of services to isolated people in Galway City and County. Croí na Gaillimhe works with people affected by poverty, isolation and social exclusion, including older people, intergenerational groups, disadvantaged parents and people parenting alone, migrants, adults with a range of educational needs and socially isolated men.  Since its inception Croí na Gaillimhe sought to fill a gap in existing provision for people experiencing social isolation and to complement and coordinate with existing services in Galway.

Suitable for delivery of Classes and Courses with 10 Networked Computers Broadband Internet Access and Printing Facilities.

Suitable for:

Local Community and Voluntary Groups, Statutory Agencies, Non-Profit and Charitable organisations, Educational Courses and Classes.

Croí na Gaillimhe Resource Centre is a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status. All fees charged are applied to the operating costs of the Centre.  All groups must comply with the Centre’s policies and procedures.

Insurance Requirements

Leaseholders must hold a current insurance policy and provide a letter from their insurance company or broker which specifically indemnifies Croí na Gaillimhe Resource Centre.

Regular meeting room users are advised to hold an insurance policy suitable for their requirements.

Advance bookings are required.

Friends Ireland is a charity aimed at developing friendship in all adults through free classes and meet ups in many areas throughout county Galway with a full time centre in Tuam.
